Salmon Chan Chan Yaki, Huí Guō Ròu Style

材料(4人分)

  • 200g of salmon
    480g of cabbage
    40g of green bell pepper
    20g of green onion
    10g of garlic
    20g of ginger
    salt and pepper - to taste
    oil for deep frying - as needed
    20g of dou ban jiang (Chinese fermented broad bean and chili paste)
    24g of tian mian jiang (Chinese sweet bean sauce)
    16g of shao xing jiu (shaoxing rice wine)
    2 tablespoons of soy sauce
    3 tablespoons Chinese soup stock
    18g of sugar
    MSG or flavor enhancer - small amount to taste
    20g of butter
