4 Sakhalin surf clams in their shells
2 bunches of watercress
- Peel the grapefruit and remove its flesh.
- Remove the clam innards and wash. Cut into bite-sized pieces and marinate in salt, pepper and olive oil.

- Mix the grapefruit, clams, watercress and lemon juice in a bowl.
