Oysters Simmered in Oil


  • 200g of oysters
    10g of garlic
    1 bay leaf
    30g of anchovies
    100cc of olive oil
    5g of parsley

    Add the sliced garlic, bay leaf, and minced anchovies to a cast-iron pot and pour just enough olive oil to cover the mixture.

    Add the oysters and cook over low heat.

    Stir occasionally once it starts to simmer.

    Top with parsley once the oysters are fully cooked.


Cook the oysters and mixture slowly over low heat.
