・Slices filet of beef 280g
・Burdock (About 2cm thick丶12cm long)
・4 pods of green beans
・4 carrots (much the same size with the green beans)
・2 asparagus(depends on the thickness)
・wheat flour, salt, pepper, oil, to taste
▼ Teriyaki sauce
－ 1 and half tablespoons of soy sauce
－ 1 and half tablespoons of mirin
－ 1 and half teaspoons of sugar
Cut the burdock into sticks, and boil it by the rice rinse water. Add combination of soup stock, mirin, soy sauce and sugar into the pot. Take out and left for a while to cool down.
Boil the green beans, carrot asparagus with salty water. Take out and place it on the dish. Left for a while to cool it down.
