Honey Pickled Daikon Radish


  • 500g of daikon radish
  • ▼ pickling solution

    200g of water
    180g of white wine vinegar
    40g of granulated sugar
    15g of honey
    20g of salt
  • ▼ Seasoning

    1 star anise

    Cut the daikon radish into small wedges.

    Place the ingredients for the pickling solution in a pot.
  3. 3

    Once it boils, pour the solution into a container in which you have already placed the cut daikon radish wedges. Let the heat dissipate and then chill overnight in the refrigerator.
