Greek-style Marinated Octopus and Celery


  • 100g of live octopus
    3 stalks of celery
    4g of coriander
    20g of olive oil
    10g of honey
    25cc of white wine vinegar
    1 bay leaf

    Cut the celery into small, easy-to-eat pieces.

    Slice the octopus.

    Add the olive oil, coriander and bay leaf to a pot and cook over low heat.
  4. 4

    Add the celery and quickly stir fry. Add the white wine vinegar, salt and pepper and steam cook the ingredients by placing the lid on top.

    Turn off the heat once there is no more water content in the pot, move to a bowl and chill.

    Once it cools add the octopus and serve.


Once you add the celery, cook over medium heat and evaporate the water content while mixing.
