Easy Ragu Pasta


  • 160g of fettuccine (flat pasta)
    100g of shrimp, shelled
    100g of onion
    1 clove of garlic
    4 button mushrooms
    2 tablespoons of olive oil
    20cc of white wine
    150g of tomatoes, whole canned
    100cc of cream
    3g of soup stock powder
    salt and pepper - to taste
    parsley - to garnish

    Mince shrimp.

    Mince onions and garlic.
  3. 3

    Slice mushrooms.
  4. 4

    Add olive oil to a saute pan. Warm garlic in oil, then add shrimp and saute.

    When the shrimp being to turn light red, add onions and mushrooms. Continue to saute until onions become translucent.

    Add white wine, and simmer to evaporate alcohol.

    Crush and add tomatoes. Simmer briefly.

    Add cream, followed by soup stock powder, then season with salt and pepper.

    In another pot, add the cooked fettuccine and mix through.

    When pasta has begun to absorb the sauce and is thoroughly coated, transfer to plates and garnish with minced parsley.
