Bread Flour Baked Okhotsk Atka Mackerel with Sweet Herbs

材料(4人分)

  • 1 Okhotsk atka mackerel
  • ▼ For the sweet herb bread crumbs:

    50g of bread crumbs
    5g of garlic
    10g of parsley
    15g of olive oil
    1 egg
    flour
  • ▼ For the tartar sauce:

    1 egg
    40g of mayonnaise
    5g each of caper and pickles
    20g of onion
    a pinch of parsley
    lemon
    salt
    pepper
    granulated sugar

作り方

    Prepare the mackerel into three equal pieces, remove the bones and skin. Cut into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.

    Add all ingredients into a food processor and mix together well.
  3. 3

    Dip the mackerel pieces in flour, egg and sweet herb bread crumbs, in that order. Add a large amount of olive oil to a frying pan and cook the mackerel.

    Mince all of the tartar sauce ingredients and combine.
  5. 5

    Add a serving of the tartar sauce to a plate and top it with the cooked mackerel pieces.
