100g of azuki beans
80g of flour
200g of powdered sugar
200g of unsalted butter
80g of almond powder
240g of egg whites
50g of granulated sugar

Let the azuki beans sit in water overnight to rehydrate and then cook in a large amount of water.
Once the azuki beans soften, add the granulated sugar and salt and reduce.Sift and lighten the egg whites, powdered sugar, flour and almond powder.

Add butter to a pot and make burnt butter, removing the heat after done.
Add powdered sugar to the egg whites and mix well until blended together. Mix the dry ingredients with the burnt butter and lastly add the azuki beans.
Place the mixture into a plastic container and let stand overnight in the refrigerator. Pour it into a mold and bake for 13 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.
Thoroughly cool the burnt butter pot and all.
